A big thank you from the village community of Coltishall goes to the administrators of the Biffaward Scheme Coltishall Village Hall & Recreation Ground Charity (aka CAST) are very pleased to announce that the village hall heating and hot water system will be upgraded before the coming winter. |  | |
| The upgrade has been generously funded by grant from the Biffaward Scheme of £5000 with a further contribution from CAST of £1000. This is the second time that the Biffa has helped warm the cockles of Coltishall hearts, having previously been the main grant provider for the Church Rooms heating refurbishment. We will now be able to provide a warmer environment for the many current user groups and hope to attract many more. CAST Halloween Quiz Night October 2010
Coltishall Village Hall and Recreation Ground Charity (aka CAST), wish to thank all who took part in the fund raising Halloween Quiz Night and would especially like to thank Ann and Robert Watson for organising and setting the questions, marker/scorer Philip Ames, Keith and Joy Childerhouse for running the draw and to Carol Harmer for the splendid Spooky Bean Feast.
Our congratulations go to the winning team the Medler family
Overall a sum of £398 was raised towards the cost of refurbishing the hall heating system.
It is hoped to arrange another Halloween Quiz Night in October 2011.
Many thanks again for making it an enjoyable and popular night.
