Fares payable at machines

At Costessey, Harford, Sprowston and Thickthorn sites the machines issue one ticket which is taken onto the bus.
At Airport and Postwick sites the machines issue two tickets, one for your vehicle and one to show to the driver on boarding the bus.

Concessionary bus passes will be accepted for free travel after 0930 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends. A disabled badge needs to be displayed in your vehicle if using a disabled space. At Airport and Postwick sites a disabled badge or vehicle pass obtained from the site office needs to be displayed in your vehicle. Children under 5 and up to three children between 5 and 15 years old can travel free with each concessionary pass holder

Parking is free but is only available to customers travelling from the site on a scheduled bus service. The traffic regulation order does not allow persons to park and walk off the sites or travel out of the sites in any vehicle other than a bus on a scheduled service.

Please note

*The car share annual season ticket will no longer be available for purchase after 9th January 2010.

**All tickets allow onward travel from the Bus Station to Anglia Square and return on park and ride services and also travel on First Eastern Counties buses within Zone 1 (For example from the bus station to Thorpe Rail Station on service 25 and 35).

***Persons wishing to return to their vehicles with shopping and then return to the city centre must purchase a ticket for each return journey.
****Old type tickets held when the change happens will be valid until their expiry date. For 6, 20 and 25 trip books this is 31st December 2010.
