This is a message sent in conjunction with Broadland District Council. 

Please find below a list of charity collectors who will be carrying out door-to-door collections in your local area throughout August.        

Monday 1- Wednesday 31 August- Salvation Army in areas with the postcodes: NR10, 3, 4, NR117, 8 NR13 3, 4, 5, 6, NR8 E,6.
Monday 15-Saturday 27 August- Woodlands Cancer Care in all of Broadland.

 ·         Monday 1-Wednesday 31 August- National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children in all of Broadland.

 ·         Monday 1 August- Arthritis Research in Blofield.

 ·         Thursday 4 August- Arthritis Research in Booton.

 ·         Monday 8 August - Arthritis Research in Brampton.

 ·         Thursday 11 August - Arthritis Research in Brandiston.

 ·         Tuesday 30 August - Arthritis Research in Cantley.

 

Norfolk Constabulary and Broadland District Council are providing this information to help residents make an informed choice about which charity bags they generously fill.

 These charities have either obtained a licence from Broadland District Council or hold an exemption certificate issued by the Home Office.

 This list is not exhaustive and it is possible that other charities are legitimately collecting in the Broadland area.  If in doubt, please contact the Broadland Council Licensing Team on 01603 430580

 It is an offence for anyone to promote or make house to house collections for a charitable purpose without obtaining a licence
